How Drops Work
The Engine is the Terminal's core reward mechanism. Every trade generates a drop entry based on the selected fee tier. When a drop triggers, the reward is delivered instantly from a list of tiered rewards.
Probability and Fairness
The Engine uses a Verifiable Random Function (VRF): Every drop result can be independently verified onchain and no single entity can influence outcomes.
Drop Types
- USDC — Instant liquid tokens.
- XREY — The ownership unit on REY’s Vault.
- Sponsored Perks — Special partner rewards. (coming soon)
How XREY Works
XREY is non-transferable ownership earned from every trade on REY. It determines your share of Vault distributions and unlocks additional platform benefits.

Where Drops Come From
Every time someone pays a fee on REY, all reward pools automatically grow.
Each pool has a variable win rate and can be boosted with every trade. The size of drops change based on the total available liquidity in the The Vault at any given time.
